The work we do changes how leaders show up — not just what they know
I work with senior leaders and teams navigating complexity, pressure and real-world challenges — where the cost of how you show up is high.
The work we do changes how leaders show up — not just what they know.
This isn’t about adding more content. It’s about shifting how you think, relate and lead — especially when it matters most.
Meet Felicity
I’ve spent over 20 years working with leaders across industries and cultures — from global organisations to senior executive teams navigating complex change.
What I’ve learned is this:
most leadership challenges aren’t solved with more information. They’re solved by shifting the patterns underneath — how people think, relate, and respond under pressure. My work creates the space for that shift to happen — safely, honestly, and in real time. Over time, this work has spanned global organisations, executive teams and complex transformation environments.
How this work is different
We work in real time, with real challenges — not hypotheticals.
Through deep facilitation, behavioural insight and practical tools, leaders begin to see and shift the patterns that limit performance and relationships.
This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about meaningful, lasting change — not just in the moment, but in how leaders continue to show up.
Where this shows up
Clients often come to this work when:
Things look fine on the surface — but underneath, something isn’t quite working
Conversations aren’t happening (or aren’t landing)
Decision-making feels slower, heavier, more complex than it should
Relationships are strained, or trust isn’t where it needs to be
Leaders are carrying more than they should — and it’s starting to show
What shifts?
This work often creates:
Greater clarity and confidence under pressure
More honest, productive conversations
Stronger relationships and trust
Better decision-making and alignment
Leaders who show up with intention — not just reaction
And often, something more personal too —
a renewed sense of energy, perspective and connection to what matters.
A note on The Leadership Kitchen
The name reflects something simple.
The kitchen is where real conversations happen.
Where things are messy, honest and human — and where transformation begins.
That’s the spirit of this work.
Let’s start with a conversation
No pressure. Just a chance to explore what’s going on and whether this could help.
